Why a Coach
A life coach is simply someone who helps others to realize their dreams. Coaches, and life coaches, come in a variety of specializations. I specialize in effective decision making based on maintaining balance through discovering your purpose in life.
Sometimes, just the way we look at and talk about things can make a big difference in our approach and outcomes. Choosing to view life through the ½ full glass can and does change our experiences. For instance, if we view our circumstances as situations we’re more apt to see them as challenges that can lead to opportunities. However, if we view our circumstances as issues we’re more apt to see them as obstacles that will lead to problems.
Most people view problems as a bad thing while others view them as necessary. Since no amount of planning will eliminate the circumstances we chose to see as problems from arising, we should embrace them because if no-one had any problems we would all be out of work. Being able to solve problems for others is how we make a living. Solving our own problems can help us to save what we make.
Still there are times when we all could use an honest objective perspective. When you have a coach you usually become more efficient and productive by decreasing behaviours that hinder you from overcoming those obstacles that lead to success.
